Infrastructure:
For meeting Transmission Towers and other structures’ requirements of the Customers, a factory at Chouttuppal 45 kms from Hyderabad is built in 1,45,686 Sq. meters of land with state of the art infrastructure with galvanization facility. |

Aster at this plant alone has an installed capacity of 36,000 MT per annum and is equipped with CNC and conventional machines. A State-of the Art Galvanization unit imported from Germany& UK has been installed thereby creating an in-house facility. Aster is committed to provide quality product and services to the customers.

Design capability:
Aster design team is equipped with software packages (iTOWERS Designer tl, STAAD.Pro, bocad-3D & AutoCad) for handling concepts to optimization of Tower designs leading to total economy for the customers. Whenever customer seeks, validation of designs and testing is carried out by third party agency such as Structural Engineering Research Center (SERC), Central Power Research Institute (CPRI), Bengaluru. For a Ghana customer (Electricity company of Ghana Ltd.), 33 kV Tower type AC & SS have been successfully tested at CPRI, Bengaluru.
T&D Engineers undertakes comprehensive Design and related Engineering activities for EHV Substations, Distribution system, Infrastructure Electrification works. Our dedicated team of professionals carry out Design works aimed at fully meeting relevant standards and customer satisfaction. |
