Aster shelters are the state of art shelters conceptualized to provide protection to the high value telecom equipment. Aster shelters are self supporting with metal puff sandwich panels and specially designed doors .The shelters are corrosion resistant, dust and dirt proof. The specification are in line with the most common and specially designed (tailor made) as per customers requirements.

• Outer cladding of 0.6mm,0.8mm or 1mm thickness
• Puf density 40kg/m3 and thermal conductivty<0.023w/mDegk
• Base frame designed bolted beam channel grid to withstand 3500kg/sq.mt. Uniformally
• Modular wall and roof panels to withstand 200 kmph wind load conditions
• Self standing ,self supporting galvanised steel structure
• Projected roof of 150mm on all sides for rain protection
• Mortice lock of stainless steel hinges
• Floor internal skin with 19mm marine grade ply, fire retardant, fungus proof,high anti static, anti abrasive  board.
• Dimensional stability –75 to 125 degC.
• Roof loading capacty 250 kg/sq.m.
• Torque groove configuration with inbuilt unpickable eccentric camlocks
• Water proofing to the joints of the ceiling panels
