Srinivasa Prasad A

An Engineering graduate with rich experience of 26 years in Telecom Industry in all management functions. He is a part of Aster's core team and specializes in project management and evaluation of techno-commercials aspects of projects. He is expending company’s reach into new market globally by enlarging product and services portfolio. He has been the strategist in concept of business diversifications into various non-telecom businesses, its sustenance and success which came into being as de-risking devises on Aster’s reliance. As good HR strategist, has been successful in sourcing, grooming and retaining good resources with the company for longer innings. As a man of detail, he is involved in designing and implementing various management tools in all four core areas of business, viz. Operations, Finance, HR and Admin.

Raghavendra Rao B

Raghavendra Rao is Civil Engineer with over 11 years of rich experience in engineering & construction of various infrastructure projects and he heads the ATPL Operations. Prior to this role he was heading Telecom Vertical of ATPL. B R Rao and his team’s tireless efforts and commitment have been the key contributor in success of ATPL business. He is recognized for his never give up & positive attitude, unfailing targets achievement and exceeding estimates at many occasions. To harness his rich experience and familiarity with the business space for the good of newer verticals

Steve Clemons

Steve is an accomplished executive leader with over 30 years experience in leadership roles with AT&T and Nortel. In addition he served on the leadership cabinets of Sasken prior to joining Aster. He has extensive experience living and working internationally in the North American and Asia Pacific markets leading multi-cultural organizations. The experience and knowledge gained through international supplier partner relationships allowed him to develop strategies, implement best practices, and successfully deliver work globally for large multinational companies. His experience, leadership and knowledge bring value to our customers by avoiding risk while enjoying the benefits of operating in low cost countries.

Sheshadri Raman

Sheshadri carries over 13 years of experience with ATPL and leading the Finance & Accounts function of ATPL. He has also successfully led multicultural project teams for customers such as Telefonica, Lucent and Sprint in Central America, North America and Australia. His international business experience and local Indian knowledge positions him well to recruit and retain the best and brightest workers available for our customers.

Jagan Mohan S

An Engineering graduate with an experience of 27 years in the industry. Has good acumen in Business Development, Project Management and Project Execution. Joined this organization in April 2001 and is a part of Aster's Core Team. Instrumental in developing International Business & Operations vertical. Currently leading the M & A activities and new establishments in overseas.

Vasudev Rao B

Vasudeva Rao has varied industrial and project managements experience. He has been instrumental in setting up plants for manufacturing Photo Voltaic Modules, Cables (PIJF & OFC), Towers and Fasteners. Prior to this, he had a long stint handling variety of functional areas in various capacities of Industrial establishments.

Vasudeva Rao currently leads the Transmission and Distribution vertical. His driving force and tireless efforts has placed the vertical in a very strategical position, due to which the vertical is able to cater for various market needs in diversified business areas and segments.

He is a science graduate with post graduate Diplomas in Business Management and Material management. In all he has over 35 years of experience of which last 20 years have been in senior management levels in the organization.

Srinivasa Rao A

Srinivasa Rao Atluri leads the Telecom Vertical. Prior to this role, Atluri was heading the ECP Services business unit. He is a Mechanical Engineer with 13 years of experience in Project Management. Prior to the present role, he was leading the ECP Services team. He is a key person in formulating various strategies to bring quality in Services aspect to increase C-Sat level. His motivational leadership and result oriented approach is largely admired by all team members which has taken ECP Services team to the new heights.

Ramu D

Ramu heads the Special Structure vertical. He is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering and having over 11+ years’ vast experience in various fields (Production, Quality and Telecom projects). Prior to this role he was leading the South region of ECP Services. During his association with ECP Services, he has brought new success heights to its business in Eastern and Southern regions.

Rangamani S

Rangamani leads International Business Operations. She has done post graduation in Marketing and Finance and carries more than 12 years of experience in Marketing and Business development field in Domestic as well as International Market. She has proven record of increasing revenue, streamlining workflow and developing team to enhance productivity. She is the key contributor in formulating and developing various marketing strategies and methods to increase telecom infrastructure business.

Bhatt D C

D. C. Bhatt leads the Pre-Engineered Building Solutions (PEB). He is a Mechanical Engineer having 24 years of experience in the field of Manufacturing of Professional Grade Electronic equipments for Broadcast, Telecom and Navigational aids. He has handled various prestigious assignments successfully in Aster and contributed for setting of Tower manufacturing divisions and lead it prior to taking new assignment of PEB business unit. Before joining Aster, he has worked in various prestigious organizations at various capacities. Bhatt has sound knowledge in design, manufacturing and erection of Telecom Towers.

Satyanarayana B

Satyanarayana leads finance, accounts and commercial departments of ATPL. His responsibilities include finalization of Accounts, taxation of both direct and indirect, internal audit reviews, secretarial matters, contract reviews and treasury operations. He is a Chartered accountant and has 8 years of experience at various capacities.

Vijay Kumar Y

Vijay leads the Telecom Vertical business units QA & ISO activities. Vijay is a post graduate in Management and Qualified Lead auditor for QMS/EMS/TL9000/PVGAP. He has 14 years of experience in QA and systems implementation in Large & Medium scale Telecom manufacturing and services organizations. Vijay is a specialist for Development and implementation of the world class systems such as TL 9000 (A unique Telecommunication standard). Prior to Aster he worked with various prestigious Organizations at various capacities.

Somayajulu P

Somayajulu is Post graduate in Materials management and he is carrying over 30 years of experience in domestic and International trade (Export & Import). During his journey he has dealt with various kinds of items ranging from Medical electronics, Computer peripherals, Communication systems, Consumer electronics, consumer engineering items, Horology , commercial refrigeration equipments, Computer telephony integration products, Electronic Energy Meters, RF microwave systems & components etc. He has also worked on high value foreign collaboration projects. He had been awarded “Certified Material Manager” by the American Society for Purchasing Management.

Anil Kumar Reddy T

Anil Kumar Reddy leads the HR & Admin of ATPL. He holds Masters Degree in Personnel Management and having over 19 years of experience in Human Resource Management, IR and Administration in manufacturing and construction industry. He is exposed to SAP R/3-HR module. He was involved in various productive wage settlements in his previous employments. He is life time member of NHRD, NIPM and Social Security Association of India.

Rakesh Kumar R

Rakesh leads the Fabrication Facilities Vertical (FFV) of ATPL. He holds Bacholers Degree in Mechanical Engineering and having over 15 years exposure in Towers manufacturing industry. Before joining Aster, he has worked in various prestigious Indian and International organizations at various capacities. He is leading the team for Lean Management implementation in FFV. He is certified internal auditor for ISO 9001 certification.
