The heart of any manufacturing facility is its infrastructure. Aster has heavily invested on sophisticated machinery and infrastructure at Choutuppal plant, Hyderabad, India to attain accuracy and efficient production levels to meet the global demands. Aster Choutuppal plant can manufacture 60,000 metric tons of towers annually.

Planned and well engineered layouts, mechanized production equipments and large storage facilities for steel and finished products provide delivery of quality products as per customer requirements.

Aster consistently upgrading the capabilities of its manufacturing facilities to meet the changing expectation of its customers. The facility at Choutuppal was built in 2005. The facility is well connected to the National high way for accessibility and having local skilled manpower.

Fabrication Process:

All tower parts are manufactured in CNC Machines and various operations such as Punching, stamping, drilling and cutting are carried out. Jigs , fixtures and Hydraulic presses along with matching tools ensure that the bent items are handled without distortion. Various handling equipments (EOT Cranes and Mobile cranes) are utilized for steel and tower parts handling.

Galvanization plants:

Aster designed and established state of the art in-house Galvanization facilities with latest technology, existing plants utilizes the resources effectively and capable to galvanize standard and large sizes of the items. The controlled treatment includes degreasing, pickling and fluxing for an ideal reaction between steel and Zinc.

The pre-heating chamber ensures uniform drying & preheating of steel to give an excellent surface finish and uniform coating of zinc.
